Refund policy

I want you to feel good about what you buy here. You can ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase, as long as you haven't downloaded the kit yet.

The short version

• Window: 7 days from the purchase, and only if the kit has not been downloaded.
• What it covers: study kits.
• Where the money goes: back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, the payment processor.
• What happens to your access: it ends when the refund is issued. Download links stop working.

How to ask for a refund

Do either of these:

• Reply to the email you got with your kit, or
• Email [email protected].

Tell me what you bought and the email address you used at checkout.

What happens next

I'll issue the refund through Stripe to your original card. Once it's issued, your download links end.
